Infamous vigilante, anti-hero Frank Castle (Ray Stevenson) is six years into his vengeance driven zeal as the Punisher when he brutally assaults a “beat the rap” party for notorious mob boss Gaitano Cesare. During the course of the massacre, he hideously disfigures overeager gangster Billy Russoti (Dominic West) and murders a mafia lackey who turns out to be an undercover FBI agent.

Agent Paul Budiansky (Colin Salmon), the ex-partner of the undercover Fed, joins the NYPD’s “Punisher Task Force” to help bring Castle to justice, once and for all.

A facially mutilated Russoti recovers from his run-in with the Punisher with revenge on his mind and recruits a massive army of psychotic killers, gangbangers, and mobsters under his new alias “Jigsaw.”

Distraught that he has now become the very evil he swore to battle, Castle is content to hang up his guns and quit the justice business for good. However, plans quickly change once he learns that Jigsaw has not only kidnapped the surviving wife and child of the dead federal agent but now has also freed his commited psychopathic brother, James (Doug Hutchison)…aka…”Loony Bin Jim.”

Forced back into the war, the Punisher now has to face off against Jigsaw’s formidable army in order to save the lives of an innocent family his actions put in the firing line “Clock’s ticking.”

Sam and May lead separate four-man PTU squads, but there’s a heated rivalry between their two teams that borders on hostile. The squad is due for regular turnover anyway, with some of their number graduating onto other duties, but things turn punchy at the farewell party, with squad members trading insults and blows. Also, some of Sam’s men utter distasteful comments about May buttering up commanding officer Ho (Ben Wong), with the insinuation that she may be using her gender to curry favor. Ho is also at odds with the demoted Fat Lo, whose disdain towards his superior officer begins to cross the line into insubordination. Ultimately, all the tension spills over into the squad’s final assignment together. A trio of armed Mainland thieves has retreated to the hills, and the PTU is assigned to search the area. Will their lack of teamwork doom them, or will they finally discover that elusive cop camaraderie?

Similar to action movie themes such as the “Die Hard” Movies which starred Bruce Willis and “Under Siege,” which starred Steven Segal. The difference is that this it involves a submarine and two men who try to regain the control of it.

A American Nuclear Submarine is high jacked and the Government is threatened by Nuclear Missiles and the demand is that of firstly money and then the resignation of the President. But unknown to the demented captain of the submarine, two original members of the crew begin to ensure that his plans are distracted. The movie stars Jason Gedrick and Chris Warren Jnr and is directed by Terence O’Hara.

As I have said in the summary, this could have been better and more-so, if you liked the “Die Hard” movies and “Under Siege.” But never the less, the concept of this is good and is worth watching if you like to watch action movies.
